All shipping costs are included in the price – there are no hidden extras. In the event of your order being confiscated we will replace it!
We take all care and precaution in packing to protect both the box and the cigars.
The cigars are sent AIR-MAIL PRIORITY with delivery time averaging 7 - 15 working days.
We cannot guarantee mailing times as this is out of our control, however, you can track your packages online for an additional € 5. You will receive your consignment number by email.
Taxes: Our prices are duty free, please note however, any possible taxes incurred within your country are your responsibility.

Are EMS cigars better?

When we asked if the 'English Market Selection' was superior, the Cubans responded with a very emphatic "no". All wholesalers purchase from the Cubans at the same price, any differential is due to either higher tax levels or excessive margins, as in the case of Sweden. EMS is merely a marketing strategy to make up for high taxes in the UK.

Why are prices at Cigar Export so low?

We have located Cigar Export in a 'Duty Free Zone', this enables us to export our cigars without paying import duty. Our product is solely for export and cannot be retailed to the general public in Spain. Other retailers who, having paid import duty, should they wish to export, face an extremely lengthy and difficult process to recover the import levy incurred on their cigars.

Why do you charge in Euros?

Our suppliers charge us in Euros, if we charged in other currencies we would have to constantly adjust our prices to be in accord with the current exchange rates.

I received a box with 2 Cuban seals, the one underneath had been cut and then covered with a new seal.

The Cubans are intensely fanatical regarding quality control and under certain circumstances complete a final inspection, if completely satisfied they then reseal and ship.
