What exactly is the Cigar Export Referral Programme?

It is a Multi Level Referral system that has been designed to help you earn more points which help you qualify for a gift from our Frequent Buyer Program. You can join the Cigar Export referral programme online through our website by choosing a login and password. You will then receive points on every purchase you make, and when you recommend Cigar Export you will receive points every time a member of your sales network places an order through our website (up to the fourth level of your sales network).

How does it work?

Our referral programme is simple but very effective. It’s like a chain reaction. You tell two people about Cigar Export who tell two people and before you know it you will have developed a sales network.

The ‘Sales Network’ has 4 levels. The 1st level consists of "online buyers" that you find who refer to your Login when they register. The 2nd level represents "online buyers" that the 1st level finds, who register referring to their Login. Then, 2nd level buyers will find other buyers, 3rd level, who in turn, will find others, 4th level. You will receive points on all the items that the "online buyers" in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th levels of your network buy.

How do I register?

Go to the members page to register. Enter your username and password along with your referrer’s password. If there is no referrer, leave this field blank. Complete all of the required fields within the form and click on submit.

Is there a fee to join the Cigar Export referral programme?

No. Participation in our programme is free of charge.

Do I receive points on my own orders?

Yes, you receive 1 point for every 1 Euro you spend.

How many points do I receive on orders made by my sales network?

For every purchase within your sales network you will receive 10 points regardless of the value of the order.

What is the exact amount that is distributed by Cigar Export Referral?

The amount awarded by Cigar Export referral is that of the points your own personal orders generate and the points awarded to you from the sales made through your sales network (up to four levels).

How exactly does it work?

Once you are registered in the programme you will receive points on your purchases through PuroExpress.com and if someone registers with your username, you will receive points on their orders. For example: you tell your friends about Cigar Export and they register referring to your username and they start buying their cigars from Cigar Export. You will now have your 1st level and will receive points on every item they buy through the Cigar Export website. When they tell their friends (who register referring to their username), you will have a 2nd level, and you again receive points on their purchases; when a 2nd level tells someone else, and they buy, you receive points on your 3rd level; you receive points when your 3rd level participants tell someone else, right down to your 4th level.

How is 'My Login' used?

If you want to earn points through the Cigar Export referral programme, give your username to others who want to buy at Puroexpress.com. Because they have registered with your details they are added to your 'Sales Network', and you will receive points for every order they place through the Cigar Export website.

Can I utilize my accumulated points for a third party?

No, you need to use them for your own gift.

If a customer in my sales network returns their purchase, will the points be deducted?

Points are awarded after a sale is confirmed and the credit card is processed. Should the purchaser wish to return the goods or cancel their order after this point in time, Cigar Export has the right to alter your total points allocated deducting any points awarded for these failed purchases.
