The Cohiba brand is relatively new, as it was introduced in 1968. Initially developed as a cigar for presentation only by officials, of
the Cuban government. It became available, in 1982, for the world to
appreciate. This brand could be, quite rightly, called the flagship of
the Cuban style of cigar. Only the very best leaves from ten farms of the
Vuelta Abajo region supply Cohiba. It is the only brand to usethree
fermentations! This cigar is very expensive, but until you have tasted
"the Cohiba" you will not understand the many layered, velvet nuances
of flavour that can be achieved. Aromatic, so rich but never overpowering.
